Is drainage (new and removed) required to be modelled in the IFC+SG model?

Drains should be in 3D unless there is a suitable representation that makes it easier for the industry to model without compromising on the processing by officers. For example, PUB will check drain curvature, gradient, width, etc. These parameters may be required to be represented as part of the 3D drains in future for automated model checking.
