BIM authoring tools that can generate IFC4 models can be used to support the submission. Vendors from 4 of the most commonly used BIM software in the industry (Archicad, OpenBuildings, Tekla and Revit) have also assisted to create IFC+SG configuration files, available in the IFC+SG Resource Kit.
