Critical Infrastructure (CI) and Key infrastructure (KI) are determined by the developing agency. A project team will be informed by the developing agency whether the project is a CI or project team may ask the agency.
Examples of KI include all distribution substations (22kV, 6.6kV), prison complexes, bus interchange and depots, and neighbourhood police centres.
QPs who are unsure after consulting developing agency can write in to pub-dp@pub.gov.sg to seek clarifications if their developments are CIs or KIs as well as Minimum Platform Level (MPL) requirements.
