How do I obtain HDB approval for HDB building works (e.g., Lift Upgrading Programme and A&A to existing HDB development)?

For new erection projects, HDB applications is now available on CORENET X. Once integrated, applications can be submitted directly through the portal. This can be found in Independent submission > HDB.

For A&A applications, submissions should continue through existing CORENET 2.0. These applications will be progressively onboarded to CORENET X at a later phase.
