The Project Coordinator and the involved QPs should assess and prepare a holistic amendment submission to all aspects affected in the amendment. Notwithstanding this, amendment submissions allow the project team to make changes for specific agencies’ aspects.
Where the QPs have assessed and identified aspects that are not affected in the amendment scope, the QPs responsible are to make a declaration corresponding to this. Only relevant agencies identified will be involved in the review.
