Can CORENET X (model checker) provide an outline of the permissible envelope control for landed housing sites, particularly those with undulating terrain?

In determining the permissible envelope for landed housing projects, various site-specific factors are taken into consideration e.g. topography of the site in relation to the adjacent parcels and relevant technical controls from partner agencies.

We are not developing such capabilities in CORENET X at this point. QPs can refer to the guidelines and principles that URA has set out in the handbooks. They can also contact the officers in charge of the Planning Area, to arrange for discussions on site-specific matters.
