CORENET X is a co-creation effort led by BCA and URA between the public agencies and industry to transform the current regulatory landscape and practices through process re-engineering, adoption of Building Information Modelling (“BIM”) technologies and collaborative workflows.
CORENET X is being developed in an agile and progressive manner and will be rolled out in phases. Please see FAQ here for full details.
From 1 October 2025, submission via CORENET X will be mandatory for all new projects with GFA ≥ 30,000m2. For new projects that fall below the GFA threshold, project teams should still take the opportunity to make submissions through CORENET X ahead of the mandatory timelines to familiarise themselves with the new process and submission portal.
For first-time users, support and guidance will be available for project teams during this initial phase. Project teams may register for assisted onboarding at https://go.gov.sg/cx-onboarding, preferably before creation of project in CORENET X.
To smoothen the onboarding process, please ensure your project meets the following criteria:
- New projects that have not commenced application for Planning Permission to URA or application for Development Control from any of the regulatory agencies (e.g. LTA, NEA, NParks, PUB).
- All new erections or A&A projects
