How do I know if my payment is successful? Will a receipt be mailed to me?

Upon successful payment via Credit/Debit Card or PayNow QR, you should receive a payment notification from your bank.

For payments made via bank transfer, the payment status will be updated from "Processing" to "Paid" once the agency has confirmed that the payment is received. 

Payment confirmation and receipt will be sent to the payee once payment is successful.
