URA will be carrying out a preliminary verification at the 1st CG resubmission stage, with the results conveyed to the project team about 6 weeks from the date that the native BIM models (corresponding to the IFC+SG models in the 1st CG resubmission) are submitted to URA.
Formal verification will be carried out after Written Permission (WP) has been issued, similar to the process prior to CORENET X.
The above process enables the project team to have early sight of any major GFA discrepancies, while not holding up the CG clearance.
