Yes. To explore the functions and features of the CORENET X Submission Portal without an actual project, you can make use of the CORENET X training environment that mirrors the functions available in the actual system.
You may access the CORENET X training environment at https://training.corenet.gov.sg. You can also find the starter manual here.
However, as the CORENET X training environment is not meant to support actual projects, please take note of the following:
- Singpass is not required. However, you will need to register for an account first using a valid email. This email will also be used to simulate the receiving of system notifications
- CORENET X is not liable for any inputs based on actual project information in this environment.
- To simulate the experience of an actual submission process which requires actions from the different project members, the training environment would allow you to set up mock accounts (in lieu of actual project members). You can then explore the training environment using different personas. Please see the starter manual for more information
- Some functions (such as the BIM preview function) are not available.
