Will I receive a notification after I complete payment using PayNow QR?

Upon successful payment, you will receive a payment notification from your bank. For PayNow, the processing of the payment can take up to a week, depending on individual companies. This is because corporate PayNow usually involve internal approvals within the company. Until such time, the payment status will be reflected as “Processing”.

Once we have received the funds, we will send the payment confirmation and receipt to the payee. The payment status will then be reflected as “Paid”.
